Clixar created a physical Security Seal for checked luggage. The mobile product extended that physical seal into a digital travel record: users could register a trip, document baggage before departure, verify the seal after arrival, and generate a ready-to-use Lost & Found claim if luggage was lost or damaged.
Challenge
- The app had to make baggage documentation fast enough to use during real airport travel.
- The physical seal number and suitcase condition needed a clear digital record before and after a flight.
- If something went wrong, the traveler needed a structured claim template instead of starting from a blank document at the airport.

- Designed and built a native Android app around trip registration, baggage photo capture, seal verification, and post-arrival checks.
- Created a flow that records route, flight details, baggage profile, seal number, and supporting photos.
- Generated Lost & Found report templates that combine trip, seal, baggage, and evidence data into a shareable document.
