What we do
We work on a mobile product from the first idea to life after launch. The same team helps shape the idea, design the screens, build the app and keep improving it. We build native iOS and Android apps. Where one shared codebase suits the product better, we build cross-platform.
Some of the work behind the numbers
Merezha Prava, a legal-services app in Ukraine.
Clients follow their case, upload documents and talk to their lawyer in one app.
36,000+ users in app15% fewer inbound calls
A POS platform for food retail in the DACH region.
Our Android engineers worked inside the client's core product team for more than a year, on checkout, scales, receipt printers and offline work. The client is under NDA.
500+ businesses supported1+ year development and support
Motiday, a UK motivation app.
Over six months we delivered five native Android flows for it. While it was live, the whole product passed 1M+ downloads across iOS and Android; the client has since closed it.
1M+ downloads before closure
Dutch Bros and Red Robin, two U.S. chains.
One of our developers worked inside each client's own product team: at Dutch Bros on Dutch Rewards loyalty features in the Android app, and on the Red Robin loyalty app.

How we work with you
There are three setups. Pick the one that matches how much of the work you want to own.
- We build it for you. We own delivery: scope, design, engineering, testing, store release and support. Before any call, our cost calculator gives you a first range: ±15% around the scoped midpoint. After a short discovery call you get a written proposal: a fixed price or time and material.
- A dedicated team. A small team works only on your product, led by one of our lead engineers. It is billed like our other work: time and material, invoiced monthly in arrears for the hours logged, or a fixed price with a first payment at signing, then per milestone. The notice to scale the team down or stop is set in your agreement. The team can grow or shrink as the product needs.
- Our developers in your team. Our engineer joins your product team, and you set the priorities. This is how we worked with Dutch Bros, Red Robin and the DACH POS platform. On a car maker's Android Automotive radio (under NDA), it was a 6-month engineering engagement.
- Agencies and consultants can also bring us in as a referral partner, a team working under their brand, or a delivery partner. See the partner program.
- What it costs. Our rates are per engineer, about $30–$90 an hour depending on level and experience. We work time and material, at a fixed price, or with our engineers in your team. There is no minimum project size. For a range for your own app, use the cost calculator: it uses one blended planning rate, a planning figure rather than a single price.
How we use AI
- In the apps we build. We add AI where it does a real job for users. Two examples are live in shipped apps. In Shkaf, AI removes the background from a clothing photo as soon as a user adds it. In the In-Store Picker, OCR reads a product label when the barcode fails, and the app suggests a replacement when an item is out of stock. LLM support assistants inside apps are not shipped yet. We are designing them with clients now, and we will keep saying so until one is live.
- On this website. We draft pages with AI help, from our own project records. A named person on the team checks every fact and number before a page goes live. Each page says who checked it and when.
What clients say
“The project was delivered quickly and efficiently, and their communication was exceptional: they understood our needs with minimal guidance.”

Quick answers
UK law firms and claims businesses whose clients phone to ask how their case is going: we built this kind of app for Merezha Prava, a legal-services firm in Ukraine (36,000+ users in app, 15% fewer inbound calls). Other client-heavy service businesses, where staff spend the day answering status questions, chasing documents and sending reminders: an app that lets clients serve themselves takes that work off the team, and our ROI calculator shows what that is worth for your firm. Product teams that need Android or iOS engineers inside their own team (the third setup above). Companies with a live app, often one someone else built, who want a first view before they fix, rework or rebuild it: start with our free high-level app audit.
Yes. We have worked for insurance and finance companies, under NDA, so that work has no case page. Our legal work is public: see Merezha Prava above.
If you need sales calls in German, or an AI chat assistant that is already proven in a shipped app. We have not shipped one yet.
